Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • This journal uses double-blind review, which means that both the reviewer and author identities are concealed from the reviewers, and vice versa, throughout the review process.
  • Do not include any authors' information such as name, affiliation, e-mail, etc. in the first page...and Do not include any grant information or personal acknowledgments in the initial manuscript.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Author Guidelines

Authors are recommended to carefully review the guidelines given below before submitting the manuscript to the Journal of High Frequency Communication Technologies.

  • This journal uses double-blind review, which means that both the reviewer and author identities are concealed from the reviewers, and vice versa, throughout the review process. Do NOT include any authors' information such as name, affiliation, e-mail, etc. ...and Do NOT include any grant information or personal acknowledgments in the initial manuscript.
  • Submitting manuscript to the Journal implies that you agree to the terms and conditions of the Journal.
  • To support authors with speedy submission, the manuscript can be submitted in a single column format with Times Roman Font, font size 12 and double spacing.
  • All figures, tables and equations should be numbered and properly referred inside the paper. The figures should be of good resolution and publishable material. Figures with a resolution more than 300 DPI is highly recommended.
  • Prior to submission, all the authors in the manuscript are urged to check all results for validity and correctness.
  • Acknowledgement of personnel and funding agencies should be made inside the paper.
  • The editor should be made aware of any possible conflicts of interest well in advance.
  • Papers submitted to the Journal of High Frequency Communication Technologies should be original and should not be under consideration for publication in any other journals.
  •  Authors should refrain from submitting papers to multiple journals which violates the publication ethics.
  • The research either published in full or in part should not be submitted to the journal. In case of submissions following a conference submission, the authors should ensure that at least 70% of the material is new.
  •  The authors should refrain from the act of plagiarism. Plagiarism is a potential threat to the research community. Articles submitted to the Journal of High Frequency Communication Technologies will undergo a plagiarism check before sending it for peer review process.
  • Cite content from other sources appropriately to avoid plagiarism of any form.
  • Authors must make sure their work does not violate any third-party rights or contain any libellous material or copyright or other intellectual property.
  • Once the research article has been accepted for publication, all authors are requested to complete the copyright transfer form without fail.
