Post acceptance of a submitted article, authors are required to provide a formal assurance affirming the originality of their work and its exclusive submission to the Journal of High-frequency Communication Technologies. The authors confirm that the manuscript has not been published elsewhere and is not concurrently under consideration by any other publication. Post-acceptance, a carefully delineated copyright ownership and licensing arrangement is established, aiming to balance the interests of both authors and the Journal.

1.2. Adaptation Rights: This includes the authority to prepare translations, abstracts, and other adaptations or derivatives of the article, ensuring its accessibility and relevance across diverse linguistic and academic landscapes.

1.3. Author Recognition: Authors permit the use of their name, likeness, and institutional affiliation in connection with any use of the article, contributing to its visibility and promoting academic recognition.

1.4. Database Inclusion: The Journal is empowered to authorize third-party entities to include the article and its bibliographic information in academic databases and discovery services, broadening the scholarly reach of the work.

1.5. Transfer and Sublicensing: The Journal retains the flexibility to transfer, assign, or sublicense these rights without necessitating additional permissions from the author, facilitating efficient dissemination.

2.1. Reuse and Distribution: Authors retain the right to reuse, distribute, or republish the article in any format subsequent to its initial publication in the Journal, supporting the continued impact and visibility of their work.

2.2. Utilization of Journal's Edits: Authors have the right to use any edits and contributions made by the Journal's staff, preserving their original contributions while benefiting from the collaborative editing process.

2.3. Commercial Use: Authors reserve the right to use their work for commercial purposes, subject to proper attribution and compliance with any licensing agreements.

Author's Responsibilities:

In the event of the article's republishing in any format, authors commit to acknowledging its inaugural publication in the Journal. This involves providing the article’s bibliographic information and incorporating a hyperlink to the Journal’s record of the article, for instance, Journal Record, ensuring proper attribution and recognition.

Author's Representations and Warranties:

4.2. Originality and Non-Violation: Authors guarantee the originality of the article, confirming that it has not been published previously, does not infringe existing copyrights, and is free from any liens or claims.

4.3. Compliance with Rights: Authors assure that the article does not defame, invade privacy, violate civil rights, or infringe upon the rights of any individuals or third parties.

4.4. Indemnification: Authors agree to indemnify and hold the Journal harmless from any breach of the aforementioned representations, safeguarding both parties against potential legal complications.

4.5. Representation Authority: In cases where an article has multiple authors, the signing author represents having the authority to act on behalf of all other authors. This Agreement stands as the comprehensive understanding between the Journal and the author, acknowledging its potential for future modifications only in writing and with the mutual endorsement of both parties.

Publication Ethics and Integrity:

Authors acknowledge the importance of adhering to the highest standards of publication ethics. Any concerns related to ethical issues, including plagiarism, falsification of data, or undisclosed conflicts of interest, will be thoroughly investigated by the Journal's editorial board.

Review and Revision of Policy:
