Editor Guidelines

The primary mission of the Journal of High Frequency Communication Technologies is to disseminate scientific information worldwide. Since a successful peer review process is necessary for the legitimacy of published research articles, Editors serve as the journal’s main source of assistance. The editorial board members oversee publishing high-calibre papers on relevant topics that have been submitted by the authors.

  1. With the view to enhance the quality of the publication, the Editor-in-Chief should seek the opinions of Associate Editors, authors, readers, reviewers, and other editorial board members. The Journal’s reputation is improved by the presence of renowned editors and board members. The Editors must also try to hold the journal to higher standards whenever feasible.
  2. Any journal related sensitive information will be handled by the editors. The editorial office will check for formal permission from the individual in question if the author has utilised that person's information in any of his or her medical or scientific records. Otherwise, the manuscript will not be eligible for publication.
  3. The scientific facts should be verified by the editors, and any criticism of the text should be left up for debate.
  4. The editorial board members must guarantee the originality of the published material.
  5. The final decision regarding modification, acceptance, or rejection of a manuscript rests solely with the editor.
  6. Editorial decisions should be unbiased, independent of the authors’ political views, nationality, ethnicity, religion, or other affiliations.
  7. Editors need to be aware that the peer review procedure is confidential. Nobody outside the peer review process should be given access to the review process.
  8. Editors ought to automatically reject submissions that are unsuitable or outside the journal's scope. Papers that are seriously flawed/plagiarized should also be summarily rejected without any peer review process.
  9. Before making a decision pertaining to publishing, the editor-in-chief should consult the editorial board members.
